W.A. Brown & Associates, P.C. is seeking two motivated and highly creative individuals to join our team. Responsibilities may include programming, schematic design, space planning, preparation of construction documents, finish material research and selection, code research, bid and construction administration project management and other tasks. Desire and ability to interact and effectively comunicate with clients, contractors, consultants and product vendors on a high level is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on a variety of projects including corporate offices, tech related spaces, retail, hospitality, residential and other project types. Interest in sustainable design, historic preservation, urbanism and community involvement is a plus.
Interior Designer with a BA/BS degree from a CIDA accredited school with a minimum of four years experience, strong decision skills and strong project management skills. The ability and desire to work both collaboratively and independently is essential. NCIDQ certification is a plus. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD 2017. Revit proficiecy is a plus.
Project Architect with a minimum of a BS degree and two years experience, strong decision skills and strong project management skills. The ability and desire to work both collaboratively and independently is essential. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD 2017. Revit proficiecy is a plus.
